What’s the gift?

I’m teaching 2 FREE classes and you don’t want to miss them

  

What do I need to do and bring?

Attend and bring a non perishable food item with you.

All food items will be donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank.

  

 What are the classes?

 1)    Lady Bold Dance Class

This dynamic class is for all female dance lovers.

Taught at an intermediate dance level, this class is a mixture of Hip-Hop, Dancehall Reggae, Street Jazz, style, sexy, a whole lot of edge and more…it is a performance class, which gives you creativity and excitement.

Date: Tuesday December 14th 2010

Time: 7pm-8pm

Cost: FREE (Bring a non perishable food item)

Location: Elevation Dancentre 979 Bloor Street West

2)   Sweat B4 U Sweat Workout

After all that holiday feasting, it’s time to burn off the much added calories. Whats better is you get the chance to release all the tension and or stress that often comes with the holiday season. What’s much better is you get the chance to try out this amazing workout at no cost.

Enjoy a full body workout that fuses Caribbean and urban dance moves, with functional fitness exercises. You’re going to love it.
